Over the past several years, I’ve only worked with a handful of clients directly on their business. Dozens more through my courses and group programs, but I keep my 1:1 and Mastermind client roster quite intimate.

(After once investing $2,000 in a business-building “experience” just to end up in a Zoom room with around 150 other people, only two of whom actually got to ask a question during the coaching call (!), it’s been wildly important to me to keep things high touch and high impact.)

And yet, even with my small coaching practice, I’ve personally supported 10 clients (and counting) in scaling from inconsistent months, ranging from $0- $15k per month, into $35k- $100k months.

Freedom above top-line revenue. It’s more important to you to have the freedom to be at the park with your kids when you want than to have a flashy revenue but absolutely no leftover profit, or personal time whatsoever, to show for it.
A lean, nimble and creative business. I will never be the coach advising you to build out a massive team (goodbye healthy margins). I won’t make you feel guilty if not everything isn’t documented into an SOP. I will help you focus on the right strategies that allow your business to grow financially AND stay lean, flexible and sustainable in your growth. This is supposed to be fun!
Working from groundedness and inspiration. I believe your business is supposed to feel supportive, calm and inspired. Of course, not every day is perfect, but I do not subscribe to bro marketing way of seeing business as “constantly putting out fires” or something that sucks the life out of you.
