Why I created this

I'm Leah! Like many entrepreneurs, I was inspired by the prospect of passive income from the get-go. But... it just never clicked. Either it wasn't the right time, or I had too many unanswered questions, or, honestly, I didn't feel I was "ready" (ie worthy) of having it that easy.

When my son was born, I learned about the importance of maximal outdoor play under the age of 7. This inspired me to throw out the idea of daycare and minimize time indoors all together. Especially because we were already living one of my lifelong dreams, living across from Central Park! We took on the 1,000 Hours Outside challenge and I knew, this was the moment to hack passive income. What better reason is there to create passive income than to spend time at the park with my son?
